The teaching staff comes from
- the Department of Electronics and Computer Science (Electronics Laboratory),
- the Department of Applied Physics and Environmental Physics (Radio Communications Laboratory), and
- members of other departments of the School of Physics and other universities.
Members of the Schools of Electrical Engineering of Aristotle University, Democritus University of Thrace, and the University of Western Macedonia also collaborate in the co-supervision of Diploma Theses.
